BE ACTIVE
We firstly identify the trap we have fallen into, see why it is a trap and how it is trapping us, what is blocking our advancement, what in this trap is holding us back and why. We bring it into the light by removing it from our brain and laying it out in front of us, so it is clear in sight.
Secondly we identify the circumstances leading into the trap, what lured and enticed us, why did we want to go there? What did we want to find? Was it merely curiosity, or greed, or lust, because that is the cause of following the path....the desire, it's NOT THE TEMPTATION, IT IS THE DESIRE....
Thirdly we find all and any knowledge while we are there, we read about it, talk to others in similar situations, we discuss it, analyse it to find what holds us there. Is it guilt, shame, fear, ignorance . ..because that is what needs to be dealt with...not the trap, the lack within us...be it knowledge, courage, etc....that prevents us from opening the trap.
While busy finding solutions, doors open to escape, when we just sit and do nothing, it will overwhelm us and suck us into darkness of doubts, insecurity and confusion. GET ACTIVE - DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
Fourthly, write it down to experience, stop grovelling in it, store the knowledge gained, and shut the door....we are done with it...and move on. We remove any good and useful information and store it in the experiences department of our brain for future reference and use, then move on, we don't linger there. We deal with our greed, or lust, our guilt and shame, our fears and confusion through the knowledge we gain. Each ones truth is different and when we see the full picture, this truth we find will be our escape......so DEAL WITH IT AND CLOSE IT AS A CHAPTER IN OUR BOOK OF LIFE. DON'T GROVEL THERE...GET OUT....
