JAWS OF JUSTICE
A day will arrive for each to answer,
where we have to be our own life's master,
there's no more running the time is over,
we'll have to come forward and drop our cover.
To take away the weapon of the accuser,
break the strength and power of the pursuer,
we acknowledge our part in the worldly game,
without pointing finger giving others a bad name.
All accusations die on their lip,
as we take responsibility and make the page flip,
now we take the blame away,
as we acknowledge the way we sway.
The truth is the key that opens the door,
lifts us high above the dirty floor,
we state the facts just as they are,
bringing solutions that will take us far. ©
