WARNING SIGNALS
Some closed doors are best left alone,
they are paths that turn our hearts to stone,
once we're damaged there's no restoration,
we have to learn to live with the situation.
Do we calculate the cost before jumping in,
or drown in the debt the sorrows bring,
with morals destroyed it's downhill fast,
having nothing to hold onto that will last.
Wherever there are secrets and things to hide,
run very fast to the other side,
it's not worth our life to be held at ransom,
being captives that live in a mansion.
When windows and doors are open wide,
we don't have to sneak around or hide,
free we will be to enjoy each day,
finding adventures on every way.
