LIVING FREE
So many enticing lures and temptations call,
that bring obligations that make us fall,
follow the path of honest engagement,
keeping us free from moral enslavement.
There is a saying that says " stay lose",
don't go sticking your head in a noose,
when we try to move along,
it chokes our throat and steals our song.
With a conscience that's clear be bravely dare,
moving through life in a way that is fair,
we see that justice takes it's course,
not taking short cuts that bring remorse.
We manage through life without taking bribes,
staying clear of the hornets hives,
our words and deeds become our shadow,
ensure it is what we are willing to hallow.
