BIG, BIG WORLD
A big, big world awaits the young,
when they leave the home for their first freedom fun,
we can't always plan for our every day,
the unexpected jumps into our way.
We run in circles as doors slam in our faces,
darkness descends with shames and disgraces,
suddenly we're alone with trouble and torment,
storms lash round us as we drown in regret.
All human help floods down the river,
we toss and turn in sweat and quiver,
we need to find a way through the fear,
knowledge and understanding that makes it clear.
All events are for training our minds,
developing emotional skills of all kinds,
for this we need a spiritual awakening,
taking control of all that is happening.
